Another Tenancy Skills Institute Graduate, another #Queenslander empowered to manage their rental property successfully. Ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to build a good rental history is critical during our state’s worst housing and homelessness crisis.
This Graduate shares:
“I feel more confident in myself now that I have done this course. I have learned so many new things such as what Property Managers and Landlords expect from Tenants. How to greet a Property Manager, what questions to ask and what I’m expected to do once approved. I’ve also learned how to read a lease agreement properly, how to do entry/exit reports and how to budget my money.”
Surely you wouldn’t de-fund that?
We continue our call to the Queensland Government (Homes for Queenslanders ) for the urgent re-funding of the Tenancy Skills Institute beyond 31st December 2024.
