“I was experiencing homelessness before coming to Hargreaves House and was encouraged by my Case Managers while here to undertake the full course.
I have learnt about different agencies that can help me with my renting journey. I have been able to recognise my rights and responsibilities that come with living in shared accommodation. I have also learnt to budget, clean and communicate successfully with other residents and staff.
I feel more confident to apply for private shared housing when I graduate and start university next year.”
